Founded in 2022, Southwest Ohio Ketamine and IV Therapy is a family-owned and operated health and wellness clinic located in Dayton, Ohio. Serving Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio, as well as Northern Kentucky, we specialize in innovative therapies to support mental and physical health. Our ketamine therapy services include IV Ketamine and SPRAVATO® (nasal ketamine) for treatment-resistant depression.

We also offer a wide range of additional services, including TMS Therapy (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Medical Weight Loss, IV Hydration, and Mental Health Medication Management. Jason Marchant, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Jason is a highly qualified and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who is officially licensed to practice his profession in the State of Ohio. He proudly obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Wright State University (WSU), which is well-regarded and conveniently located in Dayton, Ohio. Further advancing his education and expertise, he pursued and successfully earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Northern Kentucky University, which is situated in Highland Heights, Kentucky.

To enhance his clinical skills and knowledge, he has successfully completed specialized training and education through both the Ketamine and IV Therapy Academy, ensuring he stays current with the latest advancements in treatment. Over the past two decades, he has dedicated himself to the healthcare field, with a keen focus on critical care, cardiology, emergency medicine, and psychiatric medicine.

Jason is also a proud and active member of several esteemed professional organizations, including The American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN), and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). In addition to his impressive nursing credentials, he has received specialized training for laser treatment through the reputable Alma Academy and has completed Botox and dermal filler training through the esteemed Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET).

Mark Roberts, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Mark is duly Board Certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC), and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing, located in Illinois, and later went on to earn his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees from the highly regarded University of Cincinnati.

Additionally, Mark is a dedicated Navy Veteran, having proudly served our great country and upheld its values of freedom from 2007 to 2015. During his service, he spent an intensive 15 months deployed in Afghanistan, where he gained invaluable experience.

Mark is a highly caring and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who places a strong emphasis on effectively treating depression and anxiety disorders. He provides a range of specialized treatments, including innovative options like Spravato (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), specifically designed for patients who have not responded favorably to traditional therapeutic methods. Mark prioritizes the safety and well-being of his patients by opting not to utilize stimulants and benzodiazepines, instead focusing on more effective and evidence-based treatments that promote healing. In his practice, Mark collaborates closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, thereby supporting long-term mental health and enhancing their overall well-being.

Sarah Roberts, APRN, AGPCNP-BC

Sarah is a Board-Certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in holistic, evidence-based care. She delivers treatment with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to individuals seeking relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain.

With over six years of experience in critical care and trauma-based nursing, Sarah brings a deep understanding of complex physical and psychological healing to her role. She began her career in high-acuity ICU settings, where she honed her skills in managing life-threatening conditions, providing empathetic care during medical crises, and supporting patients and their families through intense emotional challenges.

Recognizing the need for more integrative approaches to mental health, Sarah transitioned into the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Her background in trauma-informed care informs every aspect of her current practice. She now specializes in ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and chronic pain.

Known for her calm, reassuring presence and clinical precision, Sarah is dedicated to creating a safe, grounded environment where healing can occur on both physiological and psychological levels.

Dr. Thomas Rayner MD, Psychiatrist

Dr. Rayner graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency training in adult psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the clinical TMS society. He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders, emotional disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related disorders, sexual and gender identity disorders, and adjustment disorders.

Dr. Rayner clinically focuses on working with individuals and families experiencing serious mental illness. As a medical officer in the Utah Army National Guard, Dr. Rayner has several years of experience and a true passion working with soldiers and veterans in our community.

Alyia Marchant, Office Manager/Clinical Coordinator

Born and raised in the vibrant state of New Jersey, Alyia pursued her passion for healthcare by obtaining her Medical Assistant certificate from Lincoln Technical Institute, which is located in Edison, New Jersey. Prior to her decision to relocate to Ohio, she gained invaluable experience working as a Medical Assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume Ophthalmology office.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a dedicated mother of two wonderful children and has a deep love for animals of all kinds.

Kelly Sano, Medical Assistant

Kelly joined the practice in January 2025 and has quickly established herself as a highly valuable team member within our organization. Her natural friendliness and warm personality create a welcoming atmosphere that not only benefits patients but also enhances the overall experience for her colleagues. With over 20 years of extensive experience in both Veterinary and Medical settings, she possesses a deep and nuanced understanding of patient care that greatly contributes to our team's effectiveness. When she has some free time, she enjoys indulging in her passion for reading, particularly savoring the thrilling and imaginative works penned by renowned author Stephen King.
