Insurance Verification & Prior Authorizations

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Our team is committed to making the insurance process as straightforward as possible. Before your first appointment, we encourage you to verify your insurance benefits, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and any referral requirements that may apply to your plan.

Most psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits do not require prior authorization. However, advanced treatments such as Spravato® (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) often require approval from your insurance company before treatment can begin.

When prior authorization is required, our clinical team works directly with your insurance carrier to submit the necessary documentation and guide you through the approval process. Because each insurance company has different requirements, approval timelines may vary.

Our goal is to help you understand your insurance coverage and anticipated out-of-pocket costs before treatment whenever possible.

Payment Options

Patients are responsible for any applicable copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services as determined by their insurance plan. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
